Privacy!

First and foremost, we are thrilled to announce that we finally have some privacy in our new home!! It has been about a month and a half of having NO window coverings on the front of the house. Our plantation shutters were installed yesterday and I am IN LOVE with them. This is surprising, because I typically am disappointed or critical of anything new that I picked out. However, the shutters turned out exactly how I envisioned them, so I'm thrilled! I'll only include 1 room as not to bore anyone.

On another note, we headed to the zoo with Morgan and Miss J last week. The weather was gorgeous and we had a great time. Can't wait to do that more often!

And finally, I had to include this "bottom lip sticking out" picture of London after eating some yogurt yesterday. This picture proves to me that this is MOST DEFINITELY MY daughter! I think there is probably some photos out there of me with this exact expression when I was this age. Missy is already getting her little "attitude" and I have a funny feeling she might be a little bossy???? Where in heavens would she get that?

Easter Bunny Sighting!

We headed to Willowbend Mall to visit the Easter Bunny! We heard he had made a stop there so the babies put on their Easter duds for a photo op. I was nervous that the babies would be scared, but they weren't a bit! We handed them over to the giant bunny and they looked around at everything in amazement. Jones was pretty smiley, but London gave us a lot of blank stares. This was the best out of all that were taken. I think they look pretty sweet!

They can't wait till the Easter Bunny comes to our house and leaves eggs and candy!!!

Buy Buy Baby

We have been SUPER busy around the Laughlin household. The home renovations have been coming along nicely, but we still have more to go! The babies, Nana, and I took a little field trip to get us out of the dusty house. We headed to Buy Buy Baby and loved it!! Both babies had a great time, even though Jones did not smile for his picture. My postings will start back up soon now that we are somewhat moved into the house. :)
